Wanted: "Multi-Touch" Enabled ArchiCAD

Its the morning after and I am recovering from the hangover induced by immersing myself completely in the Reality Distortion Field surrounding yesterday's iPhone announcement.

Yes its a phone. But this new product from Apple Inc. would seem to pave the way for a new interface for ArchiCAD running on a tablet.

In the short term, I'd like to ask for ideas that would bring useful widgets to the iPhone 1.0 - things that would enhance my BIM process that could be delivered to market on June 1, 2007

In the longer term, what do you think the UI can bring to the ArchiCAD platform for the release of ArchiCAD 12 or 13 and iPhone 3.0?

With that super easy zoom in out and panning it would be awesome.
Did you see Hann's multitouch surface with an earth globe app?

Super amazing.

You dont actually have to draw the line all the way. You could just pick end points but you could also draw it.

Imagine a sketchup like program in a multitouch surface!!!

While I was dismayed to see that Microsoft Surface technology will probably initially be used to enhance my Casino-going experience, I figured it was only a matter of time until the AEC community got wind of this and started speculating about Multi-Touch technology.

sorry for the multiple posts. Is the new Firefox Browser messing with the BB software? I can log on, but watch the loading wheel spin when trying to access recent posts from the list or, as you can see, receive no rapid response when posting something new.
