Keynotes - Auto rename keys for easier reordering

Keynotes are a cool new feature, but there should be a more natural way of managing key names.

For example, if you set up a list of keys (01, 02...100) and then you remember that there should have been another key at the 02 position. You create the key but the automatic number it gets is 101. If you want to put it in its proper place, you have to manually rename all the keys from 03 to 100. Even more, there is a "Key Already Exists" prompt that doesn't let you give the same name to 2 keys and so you have to get creative with temporary names before you can settle to the final ones.  Same problem for other situations where reordering of keys is required.

There should be a auto rename feature to make it easier to reorder keys.

This obvious UI flaw and common user case was brought up during beta but GS doesn't seem to eager too make our everyday workflow easy. It is also covered by a more general wish: Automatic Name and ID for Folder Items.

I’d recommend to export to excel, and use the power of excel to auto rename and renumber however you’d like, as well as adding the new keynotes as needed, then import back to Archicad.
