At a minimum Folders NEED to be hierarchical and should display as every folder structure in AC or CAD program.

For Example:

A Rhino upgrade only costs $500US around every 14-16 months so it should not be a money issue.

This is what we got

Missing options:

1. Using Folders to control visibility, priority, lock, properties? . Main problem with this is that a layer can only reside within one folder so this has to be implemented in the Layer Combination side.

2. Click to rename Layers needs to return

 

3. Select All - Unselect All, Lock - Unlock, Hide - Show buttons need to come back.

@Space_Agency  Nah, why put it on the roadmap when you can buy it from a 3rd party developer for a small fee of 53,40 € now?

@furtonb  because we already pay an inflated amount for beta-level rollout Graphisoft products as it stands. 

EDIT: 2nd thought, I see the pragmatism of your point overriding the 'principle' of waiting on Graphisoft even though we are paying way too much for beta level software releases. Ultimately probably worth just forking the cash out for bimdot solution given the lame development schedule at Graphisoft.

It would be nice to have a Layer Palette that is always open, so we can turn layers on or off without going through Ctrl+L or selecting the Layer Tab.

nearly 4 years later and still 'under consideration'.....would be nice to know why such an important feature is being ignored.
