Complex profile walls can have many fills stacked above one another or even varying thicknesses to the wall at different heights - unlike a standard composite wall.
However in plan we don't have a "symbolic" floor plan display option.
We have to use the 'Projected' or 'Cut only' displays, which means we must rely on the actual 'Floor Plan Cut Plane' height to display those walls correctly.
This creates a problem when you want to display different heights of different walls or you have other elements that rely on the FPCP height.

Obviously because of the many varied fills and thicknesses, we would then need a way to nominate the default cutting plane height in the complex profile settings so we can get the correct (or desired) cut view of the complex profile.
This nominated height would be used as the 'Symbolic' cut of the wall.

So my wish is for a 'Symbolic' floor plan display view for complex profile walls.

Minh won't be able to tell us anything about this, as he no longer works at Graphisoft.

All we can do is hope that it is indeed something that will be considered.
