Turning of windows in section

Being unable to turn the top part of the window in a section view has to be one of the biggest drawbacks of using Reveals and Wall closures.

I have no idea how this has not been addressed yet.

What's the point of claiming a complete BIM environment when what you see in 2D is not represented properly in the 3D model and sections.
If there is somewhere on the forum for this to be fixed please direct me to it so I can upvote it. This is just unacceptable.

Thank you for making this a wish. Hopefully, we can start fixing little by little all the small bugs and things that haven't been addressed over the years.

As I have found elsewhere on the forum and started implementing, to draw a shell is a legitimate (very clunky) workaround - that way you can define left, right and top reveal with complex profiles (for turning different materials) without touching board / sill. Also, that shell will be (properly) shown in floor plans AND sections. You have to define the reveal as ZERO skins turning, though, because the shell object will actually be the one turning. VERY clunky.

This is a very troublesome workaround. Since Graphisoft is claiming a full BIM workflow, having something in 2D as a drawing that is not represented in 3D is unacceptable. There are so many ways to work around problems with the program, but I feel it's time they start fixing some of the stuff. They seem to have forgotten their target customers are architects.
