Walls Perimeter in a Zone Schedule bring wrong values. They are bigger than the Zone Perimeter itself.Not real. Is it a bug?PS. The value doesn`t match both sides of the wall either. See image attached.

Is there any parametric object or add-on for ArchiCAD that makes load-bearing masonry? It is great to estimate quantities. There are many for Revit, but I didn't find anything for ArchiCAD so far.Thanks,

In the Object Settings dialog box, there is a option to browse the library by object subtype. Although the IFC entity structure isn`t the best, it's great to keep objects on the same subject folder, even if they are actually in different file folders...

Thanks for your reply. But there is no such Zone's parameter as Lenght of the wall Inside/outside face for schedules.Zone perimeter doesn`t attend me. See image below.

Yes, but this only works with transparency turned on in Section Settings. This option affects all the glasses, and maybe I don`t want them to be also transparent. That is the point.
