cosmetic issue on solid cut fill

Can't seem to get rid of the fine grey lines on walls when published/printed to pdf (see attached image). Switching 2D hardware acceleration OFF and ON again got rid of it in plan view and layout sheet view, but still on pdf! any other ideas? Seems l...
