Easy, Pick any door you want to use, Go to the Reveal option Pick Slanted Reveal and the add the angle you want to add on section and plan. There you go!

Also it would be nice to have the MEP elements with schematic representation in 2D such as the Lamps objects have it on the (Model View Options). And for the 3D document view as well. Is one of my wishes for the MEP addon improvements.
