I think I figured it out. I overlooked that the view settings for the schedule in the layout needs to be at the same scale as the schedule preview.

Thanks Adam. That is what I was going to do next. Too bad it is not more straight forward. Side question: Do you always export as IFC as opposed to a direct Revit file?
