GSModeler2DImp.lib missing from AC28 SDK

As per the title.  How can I get this file please? It is in the AC27 SDK.

Please try to use the following LIB instead of 'GSModeler2DImp.lib' to see whether you can pass the link.

GSModelerImp.LIB
