I am an SSA subscriber, on AC19, and as such my understanding is that my ArchiCad commercial licence should be available to the BIMX desktop app and therefore all functionality within the app should be enabled. From my reading of licence types, if no commercial licence is available the app will open in viewer mode with some functionality missing...
So, if I save out a BIMX file from AC19, using the publisher, then open it from finder (keyplug present), it opens in the app in commercial mode but with missing functionality- I'm unable to save changes or access the GI menu. But it does say under info that the licence is commercial....
I know it's not opening in viewer mode as I tried that separately with keyplug removed and it states it is in viewer mode and the menu is different.
Does anyone know why I have limited functionality?
