You guys might want to check this out, I think it is a pretty cool development of BIMx.
It is called BIMx Docs and integrates 2D and 3D Viewing with hyperlinks:

I gave a BIMx Hypermodel to a client of me.
He had to pay the 5 Euro for the ADDin App.
His reply:
"Hallo Herr Sühlo,
ich bin begeistert, was heute so möglich ist!
Da gibt man gerne die 5 € aus."

(Hello Mr. Sühlo,
I am excited about what is possible today!
But I like to spend the € 5.)
You mean that he was very willing to pay (he happily paid) the 5 euro for it?

I agree. This looks great and I look forward to using it but this needs to get sorted out. Graphisoft needs to find a way to keep clients from paying for it.

Yes, indeed!

Althgough I would like to see, that Graphisoft would offer an option, that a client has to pay nothing for it!

The old free version of BIMx, can we still access models from Dropbox or via email as before? Will these links automatically open the BIMx app on an iPhone, iPad, PC or Mac, as before?

The reason I ask is because I had a little look at my updated app on the weekend, and noticed there was no link to browse for another file from somewhere, other than the BIMx public website, where I wouldn't want to put client files that may be confidential.

As far as I know the old method of 'saving' from the 3D window will still produce a 'standard' BIMx file that works exactly as it did before.

Only when 'Publishing' a BIMx file will you get the new hyper-doc.
Even these hyper-docs can still be viewed as a 3D model for free.
It is only when you want to look at the linked PDF documents that the user will need to pay for the app add-on.
I also believe Graphisoft are working on a way for the creator of the file to be able to purchase the hyper-doc upgrade on behalf of the user.

Thanks Barry. I'm glad what we had before is still available. Also, being able to purchase on behalf of the client would be a plus!

I'd like to try it out w/ the $4.99 single model option, but it looks like it's not available. The only options in the App Store is Free (for BimX) and $49.99.

I believe that the 4.99 option is an in-app purchase from the free version?
