BIMx license not found!

Attempting to generate BIMx model to send to a client through the transfer site. First time doing so on this machine, and it gives me this error. I know for a fact that I have a valid BIMx license, and that I am signed in. Logged into two different licenses with two of the corporate emails, and everything *except* generating the BIMx hypermodel is fine.

The ID box in the bottom right hand corner shows me as logged in in each instance.

Hi Edward,

I suspect there might be an older (remaining) license container on your computer which causes the trouble. Please try uploading the license to the company pool and then downloading it again.

That may well be the case. I previously owned a freestanding license for Archicad (before being added to the company pool). When I've asked Graphisoft about removing that old license from the License Manager Tool, I was told not to worry about it.

I haven't signed into or used that license in 6 months. I'm logged into the shared / company pool license as I try to make the BIMx model.

A more directly applicable response from Tamas is

https://community.graphisoft.com/t5/Licensing/Protection-Key-Content-is-Listed-as-Not-Accessible-in-...

The issue is with a canceled license stored on the computer, rather than an old downloaded one. Ironically, in this article, Tamas says they are harmless, and can be ignored.

I also found the following, which seems promising:
