Fatal Crash exporting a BIMX model

Hi,
We report a Fatal Crash exporting a BIMX model on MacOs Catalina 10.15.7 on two Imacs 5K - AMD Radeon R9 M295X 4 GB. After (approximately) 10 minutes that the publish process has begun AC24 crash!
Note that the file size is about 1GB; This file is very important for our work, so we need to use it on a BIMX as soon as possibile. Thanks in advantage.

Note that we have tried to reset Archicad before erased these files:
~/Libreria/Preferences/Graphisoft/AC 23.0.0 ITA v1- erase
~/Libreria/Preferences/com.Graphisoft.AC 23.0.0 ITA v1.plist – erase
~/Libreria/Caches/Graphisoft - erase
~/Library/Application Support/Graphisoft – erase

Hi Fabio,

Thank you very much for the report and I am very sorry about the issue!

From the crash report, I can see that the crash is linked to a known defect, however it was closed due to the lack of information from the client. I'm wondering if you could share with us the file you are working on in PLA format for in-house testing? Furthermore, do you remember at which stage of exporting AC crashes?
