I'm having issues connecting to BIM Server 14 over our VPN.
We're running two dedicated W7 Pro 64bit machines in two offices, each on their own network. We have a dedicated VPN in place which allows us to VoIP our phones and I can remote access all the machines from either office. Most machines are XP 32 with a couple of XP64 and W7Pro 64.
The two networks are running separate IP addresses. one running on 192.168.0.XX addresses and the other running on 192.168.15.YY addresses. All fixed for every computer.
When I try to log into the the bim server in the other office from either side, I get an error that comes up that says that I am unable to access (insert BIM server name here). Do I want to delete from the list.
What I don't get is it can find it. We can ping it, I can access it remotely. And I can access the v13 components and open up the files of the other office's bimserver. But try doing it in v14 and it all falls apart.
Has anyone encountered this at all? Is there a way to fix this?
