Archicad Plan To XML?

How to convert Archicad Plan to XML file? I need XML file with Archicad Plan object model (standart elemets, objects with parameters, coordinates).

I have read documentation and searched through internet.
My decision of this problem:
I will not use Archicad ODBC because of there are no coordinates parameters. I will use Archicad API to generate XML file. I can use DevKit Plan_Dump example.
There are no other abilities to get XML file of Archicad Plan.

Am I right?

Install the add-on as per instructions. Follw the instructions some more for info on creating a project in GBS and referencing your ArchiCAD model to it.

The weather database is set up for the US only, so you'll need to select a location whose ZIP code you know (try Chicago 60609).

After submitting a project for a very prliminary energy analysis. you have the further option to create a gbXML file from the GBS web site.

I've tried this (twice - I'm no expert) and have imported the gbXML into another application - in my case IES <VE>
