Archicad crashes with Enscape and Twinmotion

Hi,

I'm having trouble with Enscape and Twinmotion crashing Archicad 27.

For Enscape this happens when I try to use Enscapes libraries of assets or materials, for Twinmotion it happens when I try to establish a direct link. 

I even tried installing Archicad 27 and Enscape on a Windows PC = same issue.

Also, I can never send the bug reports because of "network communication errors".

I'm beginning to think that maybe there is a connection between the crashes and the failure to submit bug reports. Some issue with Archicad + proxy servers? 

I don't know enough about such things. Anyone have any thoughts or similar experiences?

Operating system used: Mac Apple Silicon 14 Sonoma

Does Twinmotion work if you go via FBX?
