Auto Cad 2004 to ARCHICAD 9.0

Long time absent from here. Greetings to all.
Question:
Can't import AutoCad 2004 files into AC 9.0. Is this possible.
Any hint as to what I am doing wrong.

It is possible. As to what is wrong, is it not importing or what is happening with it?

Is it possible that the DWG contains 3D data? If so it will need to be opened as a GDL object.

Cheers.
