I am signed in as Admin to my BIMcloud as a service and for some reason i do not have a button in Users to delete users... I even created a new user not connected to a project and still there is no button to delete the user.
.... any thoughts anyone?

Are you a Server Admin or a Project Admin?
Are you trying to remove a User from a Project?
Or are you trying to remove a User from the BIMcloud server?

That is curious because as Server Admin you should have all the rights to be able to do that.
Can you post a few screenshots of the exact situation?

Yes - that was what I thought - I am logged in with my Graphisoft ID and I am the one who purchased and setup the server.

Hm, it is curious because I checked the BIMcloud User Guide and one Page 15 and Page 17 the "Delete User" command is visible on the user interface, but for some reason does not appear for you.
https://help.graphisoft.com/BCSAAS/INT/BCSAAS.pdf
I only see the "Enabled" command using which you can disable users I guess (I do not have BIMcloud installed on my machine).
I would recommend that you contact local support if no one here answers you. I have not used BIMcloud in a while so I can not offer you more help in this.

Is there anyway to tell if I am actually logged in as the Admin?

Check Page 7 of the User Guide, that may contain the answer to this question:

Thanks Laszlo - I bet i deleted myself - there had been two users with my name, but I don't remember seeing the Admin message under one of the them... I will get with my regional support.
