Composite Wall skins not showing in elevation/3D...but only in one certain area.

Here's a strange one. I have a composite wall made up of a core and one finish layer on each side. Pretty simple. I also have an existing wall that has a part of it demolished and this new composite wall will partially rebuild some of it. Same thickness. Now for some reason whenever I place any wall around that area, none of the non-core skins show up in elevation or 3D. I've placed various different walls in that area, same deal. It's not the new composite wall I created because it works elsewhere in the plan, it's just this one spot. Any ideas what might be causing this?

I've deleted and replaced the wall, phasing, different walls, etc.

thank you,

Can you show a 3D image?

I am guessing it is being trimmed by another wall - especially if it is part of a wall inside another wall.
