Is it possible to create a custom classification? How it's done in Revit. Our customer wants to provide his classification.

You can create custom classifications.

You can even download preset ones here and import them to your model:

When creating through the Archicad classifier, I will have to manually change everything again manually each time. It is necessary that he read from a .txt file or .xml
Already preinstalled or according to your link do not suit us at all

This is the second time I am writing this answer. In the new (stupid) forum, for some reason, the answers disappear after editing them.
And so, when creating the Archicad Classifier, the ability to change at the request of the customer will be very difficult, since he provides us with a .txt or .xml file that they worked (used) in revit. Instead of just loading this file, I will have to redo everything. And this is very time consuming.
P.S Классификаторы по ссылке вообще не подходят нам.

I would open the TXT file the client sent me, and also open an Archicad classification XML files.
Then, I would see if there can be some relatively easy way to convert the data in the TXT file into the XML format.

Unfortunately, this is impossible... Due to the nature of Archicad xml file structure.
Even if youbopen revit xml file in excel to map it to Archicad xml structure, you cannot ewport excel sheet as xml, because Archicad xml mapping uses list of list mapping, not supported by excel.
Txt format can't be read by Archicad,
The only way i found so far is to manually create your classification, like i did few months ago, much faster than waqting time on googelling

do you plan to add such functionality in the future?

I am not the right person to ask this question.
You can make a wish for this feature if it is important to you, we can vote on it and if it gets enough support, we can submit it to GRAPHISOFT for consideration.
If you do make a wish, please post its link in this thread.
