About model and data exchange with 3rd party solutions: Revit, Solibri, dRofus, Bluebeam, structural analysis solutions, and IFC, BCF and DXF/DWG-based exchange, etc.
In case any one else ever has this problem- turns out you have to have 'link properties by criteria' checked under Settings>Listing & Labeling....Took me all day to figure it out though
