Drawing Index

Not sure what to do here. I want to have just one layout number with one title name. As you can see from the screenshot; D.1 and D.2 are showing 3 same layout number and name.

I have drawn 2D plan, elevation, section and detail of a specific fixture on the same worksheet and placed them onto the one layout sheet , one by one, so that each one has a title and appropriate scale.

I am not sure if what I did on the worksheet and layout is the 'way' though I still don't quite understand the function of the worksheet and details.

Can someone help me out on this; drawing index and worksheet drawings.
