Try exporting as FBX or Colada (dae) instead, the reason you don't see the model in blender when you export as obj is most likely because the scale is too large, you can check this by scrolling away from the origin in blender.

Hi
Thank you for your questions.
I checked the blender one year ago. And i realize some problems...
The problem is Blender license and language (python)
So i don't want implement Din3D under blender because python is readable...
https://www.blender.org/about/license/
Sharing or selling Blender add-ons (Python scripts)
Blender’s Python API is an integral part of the software, used to define the user interface or develop tools for example. The GNU GPL license therefore requires that such scripts (if published) are being shared under a GPL compatible license. You are free to sell such scripts, but the sales then is restricted to the download service itself. Your customers will receive the script under the same license (GPL), with the same free conditions as everyone has for Blender.
Sorry

One can always export to, say, a ”trial” version of Max using the DIN3D plugin then to Blender using fbx.

Hello! I have a problem when importing a model (colada fille) from Archicad to Blender (3.5). In the Object Mode model looks fine but then when I switch to Edit Mode the geometry of model gets fragmented into triangles... that makes adding textures to the model a nightmare. Is there any solution to fix it or it is easier just to create a new model in Blender?

When exporting to certain formats it's common for the software to triangulate the geometry.
Looks like colada is one of those formats.
