List of Drawings - INDEX w sub-consultant headings?

how do I do this?
I'm trying to get my "Sheet List" to display consultant headings...such as "ARCHITECTURAL", "STRUCTURAL" ETC...

• Subset has to be the first item.
• The use the headers option to select the first one as Headline (see attached)

...ok sir...almost there!..you are getting me close.
send me your email and I'll send you a little something.

Now...if I (well, you) could only get it to look like my graphics...with the subset name pushed over and without that subset name column blank box (where I had to delete the name "Subset Name") out.....

Edit the column width for "Subsets" and it will slide over the other column.
