Mac OSX Lion

I see Mac is coming out with a new OS. Are there going to be any issues with Archicad's 12 thru 15 any other issues like having to buy yet another computer. I also here that Intel is coming out with a their next chip will that have it's own issues or is it just too early to know anything about either yet.
Either way this might work for me, timing wise since I'm still on 12 on a PPC Mac it may allow me to skip a few computer generations and save a lot of money or maybe I'll just stock up on cheap used Mac's and never upgrade again. Although there are some nice features since 12.

Well, 10.7.2 arrived today. Any word on fixes for Archicad?
I have just updated the articles on ArchicadWiki. The good news is that most of the fonts are performing now well on Lion, though there are still ones that are affected, for details see:

Decided to update to Lion. Started downloading this morning-4 hours later, just halfway. Don't know if the slowdown is on my end or theirs. Probably all the millions of Archicad users downloading at once.

Maybe nothing to do with it but I read that the introduction of iOS5 and iCloud have stressed not only Apple's servers but large parts of the web as well.

Lion install went smoothly and so far I like it. Most important, AC works well. I will find out more as I work on it today.

Has anyone also noted that AC 14 crashes in Lion when one ESCs from the layers window rather than hitting CANCEL or OK? I also have issue with running multiple instances of 14 in Lion... 15 on the other hand is running pretty well in LION...

I have submitted the bug report with add'l info for the layer window crash....

This used to happen for me on 15 prior to the latest hotfix.

YES!!!
I've also reported this to GS via our Reseller. Originally I was told this was the Lion font problem, but it is still happening so apparently is not.

Hoping for a fix ASAP.
