If you have to use Archicad exclusively, then the morph tool will be your best bet - however it is not meant to do this sort of thing as you seem to have found out.
You will be best to go to some other software that allows you to model these type of figures.
You may even find something modelled up already that you can use in that software.
I checeked that. But I dint found the proper one.
Don't ask me what software you will need as I have no idea - and expect a steep learning curve to use it if you have to create your own model.
Learning curve - using this we can create this model??
You will need to look for software that can export the model in a format that Archicad can import.

Something simplistic like this is about the best you will get without a lot more effort and trouble.
But if you want a full 3D model that looks much more realistic you will need to look at other software.
