Multi-Storey Zone GFA Calculation Schedule

Anonymous
Not applicable
Hi,

How can I calculate the total area of units in a multi-storey development?

I would like to show the following criteria in a schedule:
Unit Type / Total Area / Ground Floor Area / 1st Floor Area

I had the same problem with total unit areas, adding the unit zone area and the balcony zone area for an apartment area schedule.

Any help would be appreciated.

Cheers

You have four different criteria

Just create a new property group and then add the four different criteria (locations/usage) as properties, Then use those properties as summary fields in your schedule(s).

If you want to sub-divide your criteria as in "all rooms on a floor" - etc. I believe you would have to make four separate schedules - one for each criteria (group)

Then set the proper locations/usage in the applicable properties for each zone.

Also note that you can create overlapping zones as a alternate?

See property manager in Archicad 20 under Options.
