Refurbishment Project - Renovation Filter

Hi All,

I don't know if this is the correct place to post my question but here goes :

We've got a refurbishment project coming up and would like to know how everyone uses the renovation filter and also getting quantities to the QS for pricing.

The only refurbishing we will be doing superficial ie attending to plaster in bad condition and painting etc, no walls broken down or anything.

The question is how do you use the renovation filter in this instance. My experience with the filter is building new walls and demolishing existing walls, but not repairing or demolishing the "skin" of the wall.

What I would like to accomplish is to show on the plan which areas of bad plaster needs to be removed and new plaster added and get all these areas in a schedule which can be handed over to the QS for pricing.

I apologize for the long post, if anybody can shed some light on this I will appreciate it

I will try with MORPH (it allow irregular surfaces form) placed on its own Layer. In this way scheduling is easy.
