When exporting IFC, I get a bunch of these.

Is there any way to figure out which object corresponds to these identifiers?

You could try:

Find & Select
Element Type = Object
Add => IFC => ArchiCAD IFC ID

No, doesn't work with these objects identifiers, for some reason. I was able to find other objects using this method

I tried to show all layers, then worked my way through all the floor plans.

Only slightly more useful than the Open & Repair option then! At least you get a reference for the missing elements. Just a suggestion but it may be worth running Open & Repair which may fix the database references. If errors are found it is probably worth saving a new copy of the file as I just found one of my views with everything intact apart from the repaired element in the model which had vanished. Thankfully I have a limited number of drawings to check.
