I am trying to make a window schedule using the interactive schedule feature. I cant get it to just add up the number of widows with the same id# on one line it always gives a seperate row for each indivual window with the quanity "1" then adds them up at the bottom.

Example

A 1
A 1
A 1
3

B 1
B 1
2

I would like it to output

A 3
B 2

Thanks in advance for any help

I don't have AC running at the moment... but if I remember the correct location, you want to go to the General tab of the schedule settings window, and you'll have a radio button to select whether you want to list each item individually (as you show, which is not what you want), or to group similar items (which is what you want).

Cheers,

Hi I am trying to do the same thing but with a Door Schedule. While it is grouping the doors by Type (using the Door ID) it isn't displaying a Total for each type.

Any idea how I can get this to work as it is looking pretty silly at the mo

you have to make sure you have the quantity field selected from the schedule settings - fields tab
with that on you will get the quantity of each door ID
