Nope. Single wall.
If you don't have shadows on there is no glitch.

Update,
Looks like moving the Sun in the 3D Window setting resets the shadow and the glitch is removed.
The original file still keeps the glitch.

Huh, interesting. So it happens only in the "shadowed" side?
Mh, I've seen similar issues with wonky graphics drivers, but you're on Mac, so that shouldn't be the problem either. Maybe send the file to the support for them to check it? 😕
