X-REF Manager Send erroneous message

I'm trying to insert a new x-Ref, but can't because I get an erroneous message saying the x-REF already exists.

Think Like a Spec Writer
AC4.55 through 28 / USA AC28 USA
Rhino 8 Mac
MacOS 15.2

Hello, maybe its already been placed but probably not on the same coordinates as your working area? Try to double check on XREF manager and detach any XREF you think is that same file and see again. Hope it works.

If you have inserted as a drawing and then try to insert as an X-ref you will get this error

That might be it Scott, although I tried several different dogs to no avail.
