drawing file size shows 0kb

I revised a drawing file 3 days ago, published the file, saved the filed and closed it.  Tried to open the file today and got a Warning! Cannot read Plan file message.  When I looked at the file size it shows 0 KB.  I tried to open the backup file and it is from a week ago prior to the revisions that were created 3 days ago.

Is there anyway to get the full days worth of work back that seems to be lost?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I tried that already.  That file is prior to the changes that were made that day.

I have the PDF file that I published with all the changes.  I will just have to use it as a visual to re-make the changes, unfortunately.

I do appreciate you trying to help with this.

That's why, even if there's now an permanent autosave possibility, i keep in habit to regularly save, in order to also keep the .bpn close to the .pln, specially before a non cancellable action.

Did you try the "Open and repair" command ?
