How can I edit the level?

When the level was placed without a road mesh, it was +200. +0 if there is a road mesh.
However, after placing the level with the road mesh turned off, even if I try to modify it by putting it on, it does not work. The label is solved by ctrl + click.
Isn't the level like that?
