Railing tool corner post angle problem

Hi All,

Created a railing to form a screen, however there is a difference between the plan and the 3d model where I am using are corner posts.

In plan the posts are showing 90 degrees different to the same post in 3d. I have tried changing the angles, changing the size of the battens width versus depth to no avail.

Can someone help me?

All corner posts are 90 degrees off between 2D and 3D. Looks to be a bug with the 2D in 22. I appears to have been fixed in 23. Copying a railing from 22 to 23 corrects the 2D.

Tested in AC22.7000 AUS and AC23.4006 AUS

Thanks for that Ling. Thought I was going mad. The project I'm working on is in AC22 and we don't as a rule move them to the next version. Too much hassle.

Hopefully there will be an update.

Cheers

I reported that bug to Graphisoft in Australia last year. There response was it was fixed in v23. They were right - but it has still not bee fixed in AC22, which I feel is a poor effort on their part.
