Hi,

Any ideas why objects applied the same material isn't always merging?
The problem only seems to occur sometimes - see red markings in attached image

Check your layer priority numbers in layer combinations. This is often a reason.
Set all layer priority number to #1. This should allow everything to clean up properly (if materials are set correctly).

I'm afraid most of the time this is due to inaccurate modelling on the user end. If you zoom in enough, you will probably find that the elements do not sit flush together but have a small offset / other 'mistake'.

Yes... I think you're right even I cannot seem to find the mistake.
But I'm new to Archicad and struggles a little with the snap points and references... so that's properly it

Thank you
