Transparency

Hi, I am working on 15 and I create a custom panel door. I choose the right material fro the glass and for the style and rail. when i generate any 3D or Elevatins I cann'ot see the trasparency.
Please any suggestion and help.

I have to ask,

1. Is TRANSPARENCY set to ON in the 3d Window Settings?

I already checked that parameter but it is on, I was wondering if it has something to do with the renovation filter and where the panel is created, in wich environment.

Might be...

2 things to remember/do

1. Make another Renovation Filter ALL ON
- SHOW ALL (as-is)

2. 3d window has it's own unique Renovation Filter Status
- Going from 2d to 3d DOES NOTE keep the same renovation filter
- You may have to switch it in the 3d environment

Make sure the WINDOW MATERIALs are set to

USE OBJECTS MATERIAL as opposed to one override material...

I can't tell if the materials shown in your picture are all the same...

If you change materials, to say something RED... does everything change? or nothing...

Hi, I thought the problem was solved, but today when I spin the model one side of the door is trasparent the other site is like lead. Any suggestions?

When creating your object, make sure the same glass MATERIAL is on ALL SURFACES...

Thank you it was the slab I used for the glass was different material.
