A1 pdf wrong size when published!

My pdf's doesn't get the exact size I want them to...
For example an A1 pdf with settings as attached image gets a slightly changed size (see image). Why is it so?
The lowest image is from Adobe Reader the two upper from AC10.

Everything is set to zero...
