Hello everyone,
the delay problem has been fixed in all Archicad versions!
I would like to share my experience in case others are facing the same issues.
About a year ago I bought a new DELL 5820 desktop tower:
Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-10900X CPU @ 3.70GHz 3.70 GHz
32.0 GB MEMORY
NVIDIA RTX A4000 16GB
The PC came with RTX A4000 NVIDIA drivers installed and I was regularly manually updating the driver of the GPU, but my Archicad was still in a very poor performance.
After suffering for a year, I randomly decided to change the GPU driver and install the GEFORCE EXPERIENCE driver. Immediately after installation, all Archicad performance issues were resolved and now my PC is running like thunder!
I hope my experience will help some people to solve their performance problems.

In the past I have experienced problems with an additional program that came with GeForce cards.
There is a utility called GeForce Experience that runs in the background that used to cause problems.
It really doesn't do anything, so i uninstalled it.
Installing just the GeForce drivers was fine.
It may all be fine now if it still exists, but be aware that could be a potential problem.
Just don't install the extra 'gimmicks' that come with some video cards.
