AC13 US Dimension bug

I think I found a bug in AC13 US dimensions.

If you have a dimension of less than 1"and you have your dimension preferences set to Fractions in Small Type and no leading 0 you will not get any dimension text.

This is mostly applicable to details (small dimensions) but a painful side effect is that in a converted project you need to actually change a setting in the dimension preference dialog box for every drawing that has this problem. Just changing the dimension setting in Quick Options is not enough to rebuild the missing text.

I found this on the mac, is it working correctly in windows?

I remember this bug from an old version... 6.5 or 7 maybe. Funny that it has reappeared.
