Add layout revision ID in file name when publishing

Every time we publish a layout with a new revision ID we are forced to change the publishing path to new folder in order to keep the old versions of the published drawings.

This is really cumbersome.

Please make the publisher add the revision ID of the layout in the filename so as not to override the previously published drawing, for archival issues.

Don't worry: even if Issues are now called in another way, the process to obtain the Revision ID is the same in AC24 too!
