Autotext Last Update or Revision on Title Block

Is there a way to use Autotext for add 'Last Update or Revision' on a title block?

Is there a simple way to grab the file created and modified date, similar to using 'System > Date' in autotext. I've also not got my head around the Layout Revision section and I'm not sure how relevant to Issue ID Revision ID discrepancy was with regards to a similar question.
