Autotext and revision numbers in merged folders

Hi guys!

How can you create merged folders in the publisher set that have autotext? Namely I want to see the Revision ID in the published file name. I can see, that it is probably not possible, because the layouts in the folder may have different revision numbers, but still, de the merged set's file name should reflect the latest rev ID.

Currently, when we publish a documentation we have to go through all merged documents and rename them manually (using batch rename in Total Commander is not bad, but still a manual labor).

Is there a known workaround for this? Any ideas are much appreciated as we are starting a huge project with many merged folders.

In the rename elements command, creat the name you want from the predefined parameters,

Then, copy the text, and paste it in the rename folder command,

Yes, but it won't show the revision ID - because folders don't have revision IDs.
