For me, I think its a bug. Because it happens only sometimes and it is not logical.
If i change the number of a drawing for example 300 0200 to revision 4 from revision 3, the number of the drawing gets automatically updated in the publisher window. Then when publishing, the correct name of the file appears, but when i look to the folder the published pdf has a file name which is the number of the previous revision. This way the old revision drawing is replaced with the new one, and i cannot keep an archive.

Revision TEXT would be great.. but it has to be tied to EACH INDIVIDUAL LAYOUT... We could already use the PROJECT INFO for revision, but it will make a GLOBAL CHANGE..
If we could only access those CUSTOM TEXT items that are available in the PROJECT INDEX environment as an AUTOTEXT on the layout itself... then each layout could be individually changed and this number could be coordinated from INDEX to TITLE BLOCK...
Don't know if I've explained it clearly... but that's my vote...
In addition, I use these little custom texts to display UPDATE DATE on my index (sort of like an ISSUE DATE, but again, individual for each layout).. Would be nice to display that same info on the sheet itself.
