Changing zone stamp

This is most likely a really simple question - how can I change the zone stamp from Zone_Stamp_01 to Zone_Stamp_02? And for that matter, if I make my own zone stamps, how do I attach them to the zone stamp tool so I can use them?

Under Options > Attribute Settings > Zone Categories.

Zones are divided into Categories, each with a zone object associated with it.
