Click and drag borders not showing up in elevation or sections

After updating AC to the latest 27, I lost the ability to select and move the frame borders for the vertical and horizontal re-sizing. I used to be able to hover around where the frame boarder would be, and it would highlight, but now there is nothing. I've checked that the elevation/section range is not infinite; I've tried restarting; repairing the file; but the only way to modify at least the vertical boarders is by editing the range numerically.

Thanks for any help.

Are you seeing a contrast in background colours, or is it all one colour?

Right mouse click in the section/elevation and activate 'Section/Elevation Range '.

Thanks! That's not an function that I use often, or ever actually. So thanks for the quick reply!
