Datasmith export/save crash

anyone have a work-around for the constant crashes when saving/exporting to twinmotion using the new datasmith plugin? Some computers in the office crash every time they try; the best case computers still crash 1 out of 5 times... we are currently saving to 24 in order to save an FBX to get projects into twinmotion... open to any other suggestions

for sure, we are running 32gb... maybe 64? I dont know... I just know as an office, we had to re-tool, and tracking down 70 refurbished macs is not a viable solution; nor is it acceptable to buy (soon to be) outdated hardware for an office of this calibre... definitely shot ourselves in the foot riding that "bleeding edge"; but by all accounts, it was the best path we could take. If we wait for the go ahead for hardware/OS from GS, we'd just be sitting around on 2010 iMacs until they stopped working all together

update, should anyone catch this thread; the solution is to re-install the datasmith add-on. Either the original install was corrupt, incomplete, or there has been an update to the add-on since it was first installed. After a fresh install, there have been no crashes on the affected computers and project files
