Decimal places in millimetres

Hi

Is it possible to change the accuracy in the tracker to show more than 1 decimal places when modelling in millimetres?

And before you say "no builder can build to a hundredth of a millimetre...!!!"

Yes, true, but my OCD finds it very frustrating that I can't tell if an object is exactly 10.5mm or perhaps it is 10.51121mm

No, when working you only have one decimal of accuracy with mm.
In "Dimensions" and 'Calculation Units & Rules' you can turn on extra accuracy but that won't help you while modelling.

All I can say is: type your distances, coords etc. Honor thine shift constraints and doth not use external drawings as a reference
