Dimension line with arrows, but without line

Is there a trick, with dimensions, to keep them as in the screenshot - without the grey line? I know there is a button "show dimension text only, but then arrows disappear as well.

You can make the line white? It will not be absent, just invisible on a PDF.

And turn off the witness lines so you don't get the white witness line blanking out the edge of your wall.
